Amplifier Setting: Inputs
As for the ASC Setup Amplifier, it is necessary to set the system whenever wanting to use the digital input.
In this area it is necessary to select the Main Signal Input for each amplifier connected to the system
Example:
- If the amplifier being set is the first of the network to receive the signal from an external source, it is
necessary to specify if it is an analog or digital one, by selecting Analog or Optical Master.
- If it is connected to both an analog and a digital source, select Optical Master and manage the sources
switch through the DRC.
- If the amplifier being set receives the signal from another TH amp, connected in analog and digital AD Link,
select Optical Slave .
- If the amplifier being set receives the signal from an external audio processor (Ex: Audison Bit One) select
AD Link.
The note warns that if the DRC is not connected to the system, even selecting a digital input, when ACNet
software will be switched off, only the Analog Input will operate.
